Wentworth by the Sea Hotel- Marriott

The Wentworth Hotel was built in 1873 and was recently renovated by Ocean Properties Limited of Portsmouth. In 2003 EMNE designed and installed a complete hardwired Alerton Energy Management System (EMS) that provides temperature control for the guestroom water source heat pump units and all HVAC equipment associated with that service. The system is designed to optimize the energy use in the building, providing substantial savings in electrical and fuel usage. The system will provide additional benefits in terms of improved comfort control, enhanced maintenance and troubleshooting.
