Facility Evaluation
Successful EMS installations begin with a detailed cataloging of a facilities existing mechanical and control systems. EMNE works closely with the building administration, facilities manager, and maintenance personnel to establish design requirements. Our approach is customized to meet all of the client's needs in a cost effective and timely manner.



Design
All of our EMS and BAS projects are designed using the Alerton comprehensive product line of microprocessor based logic controllers. EMNE's in house engineering and technical support staff provides complete project design services.



Installation
All interface panels are built at our facility in Lancaster using the highest quality interface components available. All programming and construction management is done by our trained staff.



Training
Customer training can be provided in our Lancaster office, at the client's facility, or at Alerton headquarters in Redmond, Washington.



Commissioning
Prior to final acceptance by the client, our personnel will conduct a complete EMS check-out to ensure that each system component is programmed correctly and is working as designed. This procedure is known as a point-to-point check.



Monitoring
To ensure dependable EMS operations and to maximize the client's energy savings, we provide 24-hour remote monitoring from our Lancaster facility.



Maintenance
All EMS equipment requires servicing to maintain optimal performance. EMNE provides FREE system service during our comprehensive first year warranty. We also provide extended service contracts after the warranty period.
